Ingredients  

  • Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup white onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 package ground turkey
  • sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease your mini cupcake pan and place the wonton wrappers inside. Pro tip: cut a small X at the bottom so they don’t puff up. Cook these until golden, about 15 minutes
  • In a skillet cook your ground turkey over medium heat.
  • Add in your chopped vegetables and stir continuously until cooked
  • Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper until well combined
  • Spoon the mixture into the baked wonton shells
  • Top with sweet chill
