Ingredients  

  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil cooked
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 can white kidney beans 19 oz can, drained
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Chop in a fine dice, the carrots, celery, and onion. Finely mince the garlic. Before you start cooking you also want to make sure to have 2 cups of shredded cooked turkey.
  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey,2 ribs Celery,2 medium Carrots,5 cloves Garlic,½ cup Red Onion
  • Drizzle the olive oil in a Dutch oven on medium heat. Add in the chopped vegetables and cook until the onion are translucent.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Add to the Dutch oven, the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, cranberry sauce, kidney beans, shredded turkey, chili powder, and salt.
  • 19 oz White Kidney Beans,1 cup Cranberry Sauce,28 oz Diced Tomatoes,1 cup Tomato Sauce,3 tablespoon Chili Powder,2 teaspoon Salt
  • Stir everything to combine and bring to a simmer. Place the lid on the pot and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
