Ingredients Â
- 1 whole turkey cut into pieces
- 1 cup dijon mustard
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 onion cut into pieces
- 2 leeks cut into pieces
- 3 carrots cut into pieces
- 3 stalks celery cut into pieces
- 5 cloves garlic cut in half
- ¾ cup chorizo diced
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 5 leaves sage
- 1 l vegetable stock or poultry stock
- 1 l beer
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ËšF.

In a bowl, combine mustard and maple syrup.

Pour the mustard mixture over the turkey pieces and toss.

In a large skillet, heat oil and sear each piece of turkey.

Place turkey pieces in roasting pan with onion, leeks, celery, garlic, chorizo, rosemary, sage, broth and beer.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and bake for two hours.
