Ingredients
- 2 turkey thighs
- 1 orange zest and juice
- 1 lime zest and juice
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp achiote paste
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Rinse turkey thighs and pat dry.

Combine all ingredients and place in a sealable plastic bag. Add turkey thighs, coat well, seal bag and marinate in fridge for 1-4 hours.

Grill 10 minutes on each side and then continue cooking on indirect heat for another 5-10 minutes until thighs reach an internal temperature of 165 °F. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve on warm tortillas with your favourite toppings.
Tips & Tricks
One sure way to infuse your tacos with flavours is to marinade the turkey first. At least an hour and longer if possible.
