Ingredients  

  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breasts Granny’s
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives pitted and diced small
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium (350°F |175°C).
  • Chop turkey breast so it resembles ground turkey.
  • Combine turkey, salt, garlic, dill, olives, feta, lemon juice, breadcrumbs and mix evenly.
  • Add eggs whites and mix.
  • Form into 4-6 patties, about ½” thick.
  • Brush patties with oil and grill over direct medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side until a thermometer probe reads 170°F (77°C). Serve with pita bread and Tzatziki.
