Ingredients  

  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breasts Granny’s
  • ½ cups flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper  

Instructions

  • Preheat BBQ to high heat (400°F | 200°C).
  • Cut turkey breast into strips 3/4 inch (1.5 cm) thick x 4 inch (10 cm) long.
  • Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil, garlic, paprika, mustard, pepper and salt.
  • Place flour to a separate bowl and beaten egg to another.
  • Taking a few turkey strips at a time, dredge the strips in flour, dip them in egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  • Grill turkey strips over indirect heat for 10-15 minutes on each side until they are crispy and fully cooked.
  • Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
