Instructions
Preheat BBQ to high heat (400°F | 200°C).
Cut turkey breast into strips 3/4 inch (1.5 cm) thick x 4 inch (10 cm) long.
Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil, garlic, paprika, mustard, pepper and salt.
Place flour to a separate bowl and beaten egg to another.
Taking a few turkey strips at a time, dredge the strips in flour, dip them in egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
Grill turkey strips over indirect heat for 10-15 minutes on each side until they are crispy and fully cooked.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
