Ingredients  

Turkey Breast

  • 1 boneless turkey breasts 0.5 kg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp candied lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 candied lemon quartered
  • ½ lemon quartered
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic coarsely chopped
  • 1 handful garden herbs basil, chives, garlic flower, rosemary, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Tzatziki Sauce

  • ½ cup cucumbers diced
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Greek Salad

  • â…“ cucumbers diced
  • 2 radish sliced
  • 12 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper diced
  • â…“ red onion diced
  • 2 small red bell peppers cut in strips
  • 2 small yellow sweet peppers cut into strips
  • ¼ cup garden herbs garlic flower, chives, mint, oregano, basil, parsley, coriander
  • 100 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon and white balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

To Serve

  • 3 pita breads

Instructions

  • Marinate all the ingredients for the turkey in the FoodSaver container (5 cup size) for 12 minutes.
  • Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Greek salad by mixing all the ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Cook the turkey breast on the BBQ for 25 minutes at 415°F on indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 165°
  • Slice the turkey breast.
  • On a pita bread, add the tzatziki, then the salad and, finally, the turkey.
  • Enjoy!
