Ingrédients  

For the tandoori turkey strips you’ll need

  • 2 packs pre-cooked Canadian Turkey strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • ½ tbsp coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp anardana powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt

For the white sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped herbs cilantro and parsley
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Préparation

For the turkey strips:

  • Toss everything together in a bowl.
  • Transfer to the frying pan over medium heat. Combine and heat for 4-5 minutes to toast the spices and you are done!

For the white sauce:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Assembly:

  • Add the tandoori turkey on top of your favourite rice, add colourful, flavourful sides and top with the completed white sauce!
