Ingredients  

  • 1 ½ cups turkey meat shredded
  • 1 ½ cups mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1 ½ cups pasta sauce
  • 12 jumbo cooked pasta shells
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • parsley chopped, to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Mix turkey, mash potatoes, and peas.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of pasta sauce on bottom of a baking dish or tray.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey mixture and place in the baking dish.
  • Cover with the remaining sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake covered with foil for 15-20 minutes then uncover and bake for 10-12 minutes until brown and golden.
