Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups turkey meat shredded
- 1 ½ cups mashed potatoes
- ½ cup peas
- 1 ½ cups pasta sauce
- 12 jumbo cooked pasta shells
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- parsley chopped, to garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Mix turkey, mash potatoes, and peas.

Pour 1/2 cup of pasta sauce on bottom of a baking dish or tray.

Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey mixture and place in the baking dish.
-
Cover with the remaining sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake covered with foil for 15-20 minutes then uncover and bake for 10-12 minutes until brown and golden.
