Ingrédients
For the tandoori turkey strips you’ll need
- 2 packs pre-cooked Canadian Turkey strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- ½ tbsp coriander powder
- ½ tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp anardana powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
For the white sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup chopped herbs cilantro and parsley
- squeeze of lemon juice
Préparation
For the turkey strips:

Toss everything together in a bowl.

Transfer to the frying pan over medium heat. Combine and heat for 4-5 minutes to toast the spices and you are done!
For the white sauce:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Assembly:

Add the tandoori turkey on top of your favourite rice, add colourful, flavourful sides and top with the completed white sauce!
