Ingredients
- 200 g dried orzo cooked to packet instructions and then rinsedunder cold water and drained well
- 200 g smoked turkey breast cut into a fine dice
- 120 ml pesto homemade or store bought
- 45 ml red wine vinegar
- 4 jarred roasted red peppers cut into fine dice
- 1 handful long green beans blanched in boiling water and cut into 1cm long pieces
- 1 handful fresh basil cut into chiffonade
- salt to taste
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl. Adjust seasoning to your liking.
Tips & Tricks
Put salad in mason jars and bring this salad on picnics, hikes, or camping.
