Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dried orzo cooked to packet instructions and then rinsedunder cold water and drained well
  • 200 g smoked turkey breast cut into a fine dice
  • 120 ml pesto homemade or store bought
  • 45 ml red wine vinegar
  • 4 jarred roasted red peppers cut into fine dice
  • 1 handful long green beans blanched in boiling water and cut into 1cm long pieces
  • 1 handful fresh basil cut into chiffonade
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl. Adjust seasoning to your liking.

Notes

Put salad in mason jars and bring this salad on picnics, hikes, or camping.
