Ingredients
- 1 bone-in turkey breast Butterball
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 8 slices wholegrain bread
- 1 head bibb lettuce picked
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 avocado sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.

Combine mustard, honey, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Using a pastry brush, apply all over the turkey breast, then transfer to oven.

Roast for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C.

Rest turkey for at least 15 minutes, then carve into thin slices for the sandwiches.

Build sandwiches by spreading mayo on a slice of bread, then adding lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Top with turkey slices, followed by cheese and a top piece of bread that’s covered in more mayo.
