Ingredients
- 1 slice bread of your choice, I used cranberry pumpkin seed bread
- 85 g cooked turkey breast
- ½ avocado sliced
- 5 g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place slice of bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Place the turkey on top of bread.
-
Place the avocado on top of the turkey.
-
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
-
Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Tips & Tricks
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses as toppings, and different kinds of bread.
