Ingredients  

  • 1 slice bread of your choice, I used cranberry pumpkin seed bread
  • 85 g cooked turkey breast
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 5 g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place slice of bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Place the turkey on top of bread.
  • Place the avocado on top of the turkey.
  • Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Tips & Tricks

Feel free to experiment with different cheeses as toppings, and different kinds of bread.
