Ingredients Â
Turkey Patties
- 500 g ground turkey extra lean
- 1 egg whites
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
Guacamole
- 2 large avocado ripened
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp lime juice
- chili flakes to taste
Fixings
- 4 buns of choice
- 2 large red onion thinly sliced
- 1 large hot house tomato sliced
- jalapeño peppers sliced
- ½ cup butter leaf lettuce
- barbecue sauce of choice
Instructions

Pre heat barbeque or grill
-
In a mixing bowl, combine burger ingredients thoroughly and form into patties about 1 inch thick and 3-4 cm in diameter.

Place patties on barbecue and grill for 5 minutes. Flip and keep on grill until desired brown and internal temperature reaches 165 deg

Combine guacamole ingredients while burgers finish cooking

Spread BBQ sauce on patties and Remove burgers from grill.

Assemble by spreading guacamole on buns and layering desired fresh toppings!
