Ingredients  

  • 1 turkey breasts Granny’s Boneless, Skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder dried roasted
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground white pepper
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper  
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F | 190°C).
  • Combine salt, garlic powder, cayenne, white pepper, black pepper, paprika, oregano and brown sugar in a bowl to make rub.
  • Coat steaks well with the rub on all sides.
  • Brush steaks with oil and grill steaks over direct medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side. The steaks are cooked when a meat thermometer reads 170°F (77°C). Remove from grill, cover loosely with foil and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
