Ingredients  

  • 300 g pizza dough can alternatively use 2 pieces of naan bread
  • 2-3 tbsp flour only needed if you are using a pizza dough
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • â…“ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 500 g turkey breasts thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • ½ tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp steak spices
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1.5 tbsp cheese grated Pecorino or Parmesan
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Roll the pizza dough with the flour until you’ve reached the desired thickness. You can make one big pizza or a few small ones.
  • Put on a lined sheet pan. Drizzle lightly with some olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until coloured.
  • Heat a pan over medium high heat. Toast the breadcrumbs about 3-4 minutes until coloured. Remove from the pan.
  • Add salt and pepper to the slices of turkey. Add a drizzle of oil in the pan.
  • Cook the slices of turkey 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden.
  • Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the Caesar sauce together. Add 1 Tbsp of water to loosen the sauce.
  • Mix the sauce with the lettuce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish the flatbreads with the lettuce, the turkey slices and the panko.
