pizza dough
can alternatively use 2 pieces of naan bread

only needed if you are using a pizza dough

olive oil

panko breadcrumbs

turkey breasts
thinly sliced

mayonnaise

tbsp
sour cream

garlic
grated

anchovy paste

tsp
steak spices

Worcestershire sauce

lemon
juice

water

cheese
grated Pecorino or Parmesan

iceberg lettuce
roughly chopped
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Roll the pizza dough with the flour until you’ve reached the desired thickness. You can make one big pizza or a few small ones.
Put on a lined sheet pan. Drizzle lightly with some olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until coloured.
Heat a pan over medium high heat. Toast the breadcrumbs about 3-4 minutes until coloured. Remove from the pan.
Add salt and pepper to the slices of turkey. Add a drizzle of oil in the pan.
Cook the slices of turkey 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden.
Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the Caesar sauce together. Add 1 Tbsp of water to loosen the sauce.
Mix the sauce with the lettuce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish the flatbreads with the lettuce, the turkey slices and the panko.
