  • 3 tranches poitrines de dinde rĆ“ti au four sans nitrate
  • 3 tranches fromage cheddar blanc
  • ½ pomme Gala rouge gala rouge, tranchĆ©e finement
  • 1 c. Ć  soupe moutarde de Dijon Ć  l’ancienne
  • 1 c. Ć  cafĆ© miel

RoulĆ©s de laitue au dindon et Ć  l’avocat

  • 3 feuille laitue
  • 3 tranches poitrines de dinde rĆ“ti au four sans nitrate
  • 3 tranches bacon cuit
  • ¼ avocat en tranches fines
  • 6 tomates cerises hachĆ© finement
  • 1 c. Ć  soupe mayonnaise
  • ¼ – 1 c. Ć  cafĆ© sauce piquante facultatif

PrƩparation

Turkey Apple and Cheddar Roll-Ups

  • Lay the turkey slices flat on a cutting board. Top each slice with cheddar cheese, followed by 3-4 apple slices.
  • Carefully roll the turkey slices over the apple and cheese. Use a toothpick to secure, if necessary.
  • Combine the mustard and honey in a small bowl. Mix well to combine and pour into a small container.
  • Add the turkey roll-ups to a bento box or container, and serve the honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.

Turkey Avocado Club Lettuce Wraps

  • Lay the leaf lettuce flat on a cutting board. Top each leaf with 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of bacon and 2-3 slices of avocado. Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes evenly over each wrap.
  • Gently roll the lettuce leaves to make a wrap. Use a toothpick to secure, if necessary.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and desired amount of hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well and pour into a small container.
  • Add the lettuce wraps to a bento box or container, and serve the spicy mayonnaise on the side for dipping.
