Ingredients  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • ½ white onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can tomatoes diced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook ground turkey in a skillet and then add in onion, bell pepper and tomato paste. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
  • You can serve with sour cream and cheese or on its own.
