Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese 250 mL, cut into chunks
- 2 cups turkey cooked, chopped or shredded
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups old cheddar cheese white or orange, shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo-style hot sauce such as Frank’s RedHot
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 green onion chopped
- cilantro optional
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese (I mix or whip it first to get rid of any lumps, which will melt as you bake it anyway…), turkey, sour cream, cheddar and hot sauce, stirring until well-blended.
-
Transfer to a shallow baking dish, scatter with mozzarella (or more cheddar) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
-
Sprinkle with green onions and/or cilantro and serve warm, with crusty bread or tortilla chips.
