Ingredients
- 100 g turkey deli meat chopped
- 1 slice provolone cheese chopped
- 1 cup lettuce chopped
- ¼ cup tomato chopped
- ¼ cup red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp antipasto mix
- 1 8-inch tortilla
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions

For the filling: in a medium bowl mix together deli meat, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion and antipasto mix.

Prep the dressing by whisking together olive oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.

Pour the dressing over the filling and toss.

Add filling the center of the tortilla and wrap by folding in the sides and rolling.
