Ingredients
  

  • 100 g turkey deli meat chopped
  • 1 slice provolone cheese chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp antipasto mix
  • 1 8-inch tortilla
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • For the filling: in a medium bowl mix together deli meat, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion and antipasto mix.
  • Prep the dressing by whisking together olive oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the filling and toss.
  • Add filling the center of the tortilla and wrap by folding in the sides and rolling.
