Ingredients  

  • 2 cups boneless turkey breast roast Butterball, cooked
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 3 green onions diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can black beans 540mL,drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 large flour tortilla wraps

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
  • Divide filling evenly among 8 tortillas.
  • Sprinkle cheese over filling.
  • Roll burritos by folding the sides in then rolling the tortilla from bottom to top ensuring to tuck in the filling. Place rolled burritos onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
