Instructions
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Whisk the eggs together then pour into the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
Make 1 patty per person with the ground turkey. Add the patties to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes on each side over medium high heat.
Turn off the heat. Add the cheddar cheese on top of each patty, cover and let melt for about 2 minutes.
Toast the English muffins. Garnish with the mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato slices, feta cheese, eggs and turkey patty.
