tomatoes
seeded and finely chopped

kalamata olives
pitted and diced small

feta cheese

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F | 190°C).
Remove skin and bones from turkey thighs and cut into 3/4 inch (2 cm) steaks. Coat each steak with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix garlic, anchovies, tomato, olives, feta, oregano, parsley and pepper in a bowl.
Grill turkey thighs on one side over direct heat for about 5 minutes.
Flip each steak and move to indirect heat. Divide topping mixture equally between each steak.
Continue cooking for about 15 minutes until steaks are fully cooked. The meat should reach a minimum internal temperature of 170°F (77°C).
