Instructions
Cut 4 cups of turkey breast into small pieces. Set aside.
Finely chop onions and jalapeno and cook for 7 minutes in a hot pan with olive oil.
Add chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add broth, turkey, rinsed and drained white beans, spices, pepper, lime juice and corn.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.
Add cilantro and cook for one minute.
Add garnish to taste.
