Carrot Slaw

carrots
shredded

cup
cabbage
shredded

white balsamic vinegar

tsp
maple syrup
¼

ground ginger
1
tsp
Dijon mustard
1
tsp
fresh lemon juice

tbsp
olive oil

poppy seeds
Instructions
Baked BBQ Turkey Wings
Separate each wing from the joint to make 2 pieces and pat dry.
Combine dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
Add wings and coat evenly.
Place a wire rack on top of a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Place wings on rack and let dry uncovered in fridge ideally overnight or for as long as you can (even 15 minutes will help!)
Bake at 425°F covered with aluminum foil for about 45 minutes.
Uncover, brush with olive oil and broil for 5 more minutes.
Carrot Slaw
Whisk all dressing ingredients and pour over cabbage and carrots.
Mix well.
Sprinkle poppy seeds and mix well again.
Cover and keep in fridge until ready to serve.
