ground turkey

carrots
grated
salt and pepper
to taste

baby spinach

parsley

Grana Padano cheese

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta al dente, following the cooking instructions on the package. When the pasta is cooked, reserve ¼ of the cooking water, then drain.
In the same pot, heat a drizzle of the cooking oil at medium high heat and caramelize the onion.
Add the turkey and the carrots and cook until the turkey is well cooked.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Add pasta, spinach and cooking water and gently toss with tongs; wait until the spinach is well cooked.
Remove the pot from heat.
Add chopped parsley and cheese, and gently toss.
