Yogurt Garlic Sauce
½
cup
plain yogurt
¼
cup
mayonnaise

clove
garlic
grated

tsp
black pepper
½
tsp
sea salt
lemon zest
1 lemon
½
lemon juice
1/2 lemon

tbsp
water
or as needed to thin out
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, do not overmix.
Form into quenelles or meatballs (about 1 Tbsp each)
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
Serve in warmed pita and top with shredded romaine lettuce and drizzle with yogurt garlic sauce.
Top with a sprinkle of Za’atar, Sumac, sea salt and drizzle of olive oil.
