Cook the fries according to the package.
In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with the spices, salt and pepper. Make small meatballs.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Cook the meatballs about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
Add the butter, onion, thyme, sugar, salt and pepper to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
Add the flour and mix for 1 minute.
Then, add the broth and whisk until it becomes a homogeneous gravy. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
Put the meatballs in the sauce and simmer over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
Serve the fries and garnish with the meatballs, gravy, and cheese curds.
