drained and diced

romaine lettuce

Instructions
Over medium-high heat, heat the oil in a pan. Cook the turkey until nicely browned, about 5 minutes. Remove any excess fat as necessary.
Add the garlic, onion, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and Sriracha. Cook the mixture until the onions become translucent, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the water chestnuts and green onions and cook until tender. Season to taste.
To serve, spoon the turkey mixture into the centre of a lettuce leaf and roll it into a wrap.
