Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup turkey ham Butterball cubed
  • 9 eggs
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp herbs
  • ½ cup vegetables
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour egg and turkey mixture into pan.
  • Bake the egg cups for 15-17 minutes, or until the eggs are no longer “runny” in the center.

Notes

Use up those leftovers! Extra veggies on hand? Add those to your egg cups. We love broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and even asparagus! Garlic or onion powder can really add a punch of flavour. To kick up the heat, add 2 tsp of hot sauce to the egg mixture. Turkey bacon can also be used in this recipe! Follow packet cooking instructions before adding to the egg mixture.
