finely chopped

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta al dente, according to instructions on package. Drain and set aside.
Season turkey with garlic powder, a dash of salt and pepper, and set aside.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil and cook turkey 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through (165o F). Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, put turkey, cucumber, feta, tomatoes, shallot, garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper and stir gently. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve warm or cold.
