chicken stock

white onion
minced

garlic
crushed

peppers
diced

ears
corn
or canned corn

cup
butternut squash
diced
2
sprigs
fresh rosemary

sprigs
fresh thyme
salt and pepper
to taste

olive oil
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, sauté olive oil, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs over medium heat.
Add cubed butternut squash and sauté until squash is softened, but not fully cooked.
Add leftover turkey and stock/broth of your choice
Reduce heat and simmer
Add peppers and corn
Season with salt + pepper and serve!
