Ingredients
  

Turkey Apple and Cheddar Roll-Ups

  • 3 slices turkey breasts nitrate-free oven roasted
  • 3 slices white cheddar cheese
  • ½ apple red gala, sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp grainy dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey

Turkey Avocado Club Lettuce Wraps

  • 3 leaf lettuce
  • 3 slices turkey breasts nitrate-free oven roasted
  • 3 slices cooked bacon
  • ¼ avocado sliced thin
  • 6 cherry tomatoes chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ - 1 tsp hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

Turkey Apple and Cheddar Roll-Ups

  • Lay the turkey slices flat on a cutting board. Top each slice with cheddar cheese, followed by 3-4 apple slices.
  • Carefully roll the turkey slices over the apple and cheese. Use a toothpick to secure, if necessary.
  • Combine the mustard and honey in a small bowl. Mix well to combine and pour into a small container.
  • Add the turkey roll-ups to a bento box or container, and serve the honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.

Turkey Avocado Club Lettuce Wraps

  • Lay the leaf lettuce flat on a cutting board. Top each leaf with 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of bacon and 2-3 slices of avocado. Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes evenly over each wrap.
  • Gently roll the lettuce leaves to make a wrap. Use a toothpick to secure, if necessary.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and desired amount of hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well and pour into a small container.
  • Add the lettuce wraps to a bento box or container, and serve the spicy mayonnaise on the side for dipping.
