Place the peeled avocado into a small mixing bowl; use a fork to mash until mostly smooth. Add the hot sauce, if using, and garlic powder to the avocado and mix well to combine.
Divide the avocado mixture evenly over the 3 crispbreads.
Lay 1 slice of turkey over each crispbread. Thinly slice the radish into rounds and then cut lengthwise into matchstick pieces. Sprinkle the radishes over each crispbread, followed by the flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to bring this on-the-go for lunch at work, make the avocado mixture and place into a small container. Pack the turkey slices, radish slices and crispbreads separately and assemble just before eating!
