Instructions
In a soup pot over medium-high heat sauté onion, tomatoes and jalapeno in oil until lightly browned.
Add garlic, cumin and paprika and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
Add stock and corn. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in shredded turkey, oregano, salt and pepper.
Top with sour cream, cheese, cilantro, tortilla chips, avocado and lime.
