cooked, sliced
Vinaigrette

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar

maple syrup
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place a nest of finely chopped Iceberg lettuce in a bowl.
Add cooked quinoa, chickpeas, avocado, cucumbers and carrots.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds, dried cranberries and green onions.
Top with slices of cooked turkey.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour dressing over the power bowl and toss well.
