maple syrup

onion powder

sweet paprika

Instructions
Rinse turkey breast and pat dry.
Drizzle and coat turkey breast with maple syrup.
Combine seasonings and sprinkle all over breast. Top and bottom. Let sit in the fridge uncovered skin side up for 1 – 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, place turkey skin side up and loosely cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and continue to bake for another 20 minutes until skin is golden and crispy and internal temp reaches 165 F.
Let rest on sheet pan for 20 minutes, then transfer to cutting board and thinly slice.
Keep the cooking jus from the parchment paper and pour over the turkey.
Notes
The key here is low and slow. Lower your temperature, and increase your cooking time.
