Ingredients
  

  • 90 g turkey pepperettes
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 crackers
  • ¾ cup cucumbers
  • ¾ cup carrots
  • 2 tbsp salad dressing or vegetable dip
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut all ingredients into bite sized pieces.
  • Toss the apple slices in lemon juice to stop them from browning.
  • Place dip into small, sealed container.
  • Assemble your lunch box with the turkey pepperoni and cheese together. Vegetables and dip in the same section, and fruit another section. Enjoy!

It’s easy to swap out different cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and dips to keep your lunch full of variety so you don’t get bored!
