hoisin sauce

brown rice
cooked and cooled

napa cabbage
chopped
lime wedges

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the turkey. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, ginger and the white part of the green onions. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add carrots, celery, edamame and peppers. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, cooked rice and cabbage. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until all ingredients are hot.
Garnish with the green part of the green onions. If desired, add a wedge of lime before serving.
