Deli Turkey Meat on an Everything Bagel with Red Onion, Cucumber, Alfalfa Sprouts and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices turkey breast deli meat
  • ¼ cup soft goat’s cheese
  • 3 everything bagels split in half
  • 1 cucumbers sliced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • ½ cup ready-to-eat Alfalfa Sprouts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper  

Instructions
 

  • Spread goat cheese on each bagel half.
  • Assemble half of each bagel with 2 turkey slices, cucumbers, red onion and alfalfa sprouts, salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Notes

You can also lightly toast each bagel and top them with extra goat cheese crumbles.
