Instructions
Spread goat cheese on each bagel half.
Assemble half of each bagel with 2 turkey slices, cucumbers, red onion and alfalfa sprouts, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
Notes
You can also lightly toast each bagel and top them with extra goat cheese crumbles.
