Charcuterie & Grazing Boards
Every holiday party needs a charcuterie or grazing board. Get festive by adding red and green veggies and fruit to your boards. How about cherry tomatoes, red peppers or strawberries for a hint of red? Try zucchini sticks or snap peas for a splash of green.

Turkey Cauliflower Nachos
Nachos are one of my favourite appetizers to serve and share with friends. These Turkey Cauliflower Nachos put a deliciously healthy spin on a fan favourite. You don’t have to skip tortilla chips if you love them, but this is a great way to get more veggies into your holiday gathering, using cauliflower instead!
Chipotle Mango Turkey Skewers
Skewers are the ultimate appetizer! And the flavour combination of sweet and spicy in this Chipotle Mango Turkey Skewer recipe will have your guests coming back for more. I love that a lot of the prep work is done ahead of time, so you just pop them on the grill and then serve. Make them appetizer size by using mini skewers. Serve with a big platter of fresh veggies.
Turkey, Apple and Brie Skewers
No time to cook? No problem! These simple turkey skewers are easy to assemble and customizable. Make a variety of skewers: switch up the apples with delicious red and green grapes, try havarti cheese instead of brie, and swap in leftover roast turkey breast instead of deli turkey. These would be a fun addition to a grazing board too.
Skewer tip: dip your apple chunks in lemon juice as soon as you chop them to prevent the apple slices from turning brown.
Turkey Kofta Mezza Platter
Mezza platters are super for sharing. This Turkey Kofta Mezze Platter is built with nourishing ingredients for healthy nibbling. Use the ingredients listed as a starting point and feel free to add in other dips, vegetables or fruit depending on what’s in season and what you have on hand. Get ready for a party on a plate!
Party Prep Tip: At the beginning of December, make a triple batch of the turkey koftas and freeze them so you have them ready to add to your holiday platters.
Happy Holidays,
Shannon
