Cook Time: 25 mins
  1. Cook pasta. Reserve.
  2. In a separate pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic 5 minutes at medium heat. Stir often.
  3. Add carrots, onions and celery and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  4. Add turkey meat, broccoli and 1/2 the soy sauce. Cook another 5-7 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Add macaroni, Hoisin and remaining soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped green onion and sesame seeds or refrigerate up to 5 days.
