TIP: One sure way to infuse your tacos with flavours is to marinade the turkey first. At least an hour and longer if possible.
  1. Rinse turkey thighs and pat dry.
  2. Combine all ingredients and place in a sealable plastic bag. Add turkey thighs, coat well, seal bag and marinate in fridge for 1-4 hours.
  3. Grill 10 minutes on each side and then continue cooking on indirect heat for another 5-10 minutes until thighs reach an internal temperature of 165 °F. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  4. Serve on warm tortillas with your favourite toppings.
