  1. Cut turkey in 18-20 large cubes and pound to 1/8 inch (0.3 cm) thickness.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Place 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil in skillet. Add turkey and sauté until slightly browned. Remove turkey.
  4. Add remaining oil and 1 tbsp (15 mL) water.
  5. Place vegetables in skillet. Toss lightly, cover and steam 2-3 minutes. Remove cover and stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add sauce to pan and stir until thickened and clear.
  7. Add turkey and stir until heated through. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
