  1. For the sauce, mix all ingredients together and set aside (this can be placed in the refrigerator).
  2. Preheat your grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350-450°F). Scrape grill and brush with vegetable oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients and shape into 4 equal patties.
  4. Grill Turkey Masala Burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, with the lid closed as much as possible. Add slices of cheese while the burger is still on the grill, during the last 2 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165°F.
  5. Toast the buns on the grill, then smear buns with spicy mayo.
  6. Serve burgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles on top.
